Seasonable Weather to Return to the Central and Eastern U.S.

A dramatic shift in the weather is in store for the central and eastern U.S. by the end of the week. The current dry and unseasonably warm weather will be replaced with much cooler temperatures and the chance of wintry precipitation.

The change will be triggered by the arrival of cold air coming down from Canada meeting up with a storm system forecast to eject out the weather in the Rocky Mountains and push to the east.
