How long does it take to get to Mars? Well, if you’re only interested in a one-way ticket, it would take about nine months. Wouldn’t that make for an interesting place to relocate?
All kidding aside, the discovery of water doesn’t just make it another one of those fun facts about Mars. It poses interesting questions about why it moved underground and if this means there’s life on the planet.
